A PUZZLING PATIENT COMES INTO THE ER AND LEAVES THE DOCTORS STUNNED-- FOREST WHITAKER GUEST STARS: Abby (Maura Tierney) and Kovac (Goran Visnjic) finally decide to hire a nanny to care for their son Joe, but are troubled when they meet the potential candidates.
Morris (Scott Grimes) and Sam (Linda Cardellini) try to treat a belligerent patient that comes in with seemingly simple flu. However, when they discover that his condition is much more complicated, the patient refuses treatment.
During a trip to the park with Joe, Abby inadvertantly meets Curtis Ames (guest star Forest Whitaker).
Meanwhile, Gates (John Stamos) and Neela (Parminder Nagra) argue with each other at a hospital board meeting.
